Chris Phillips

Biography

Chris has over five decades of Real Estate, Fund Management and Corporate Finance experience. Between 2010 and 2020 he served as Chairman of Places for People, one of the UK’s largest property management, development, regeneration and leisure companies.

In this role, Chris oversaw gross assets of £4.9bn and over 11,600 employees. He is currently Chairman of London & Newcastle, Bayham Investments, Market Asset Management and Shetland Space Centre. Chris is also Chairman of SOHO, a £400m REIT, listed on the London Stock Exchange.

During his career Chris has been at the helm of several successful residential property companies, retirement care homes, infrastructure, agriculture and environmental technology companies.
