Craig Satchwell

Biography

Craig is a market leader in development funding. Over the last seven years he has applied his knowledge and expertise to advise public sector bodies on innovative funding structures across all asset classes to predominately bring forward the development of unviable regeneration schemes without the need for any PWLB borrowing or grant funding.

He also recently, together with Phoenix, advised the London Borough of Bromley on an innovative off balance sheet funding structure to acquire over 500 single family housing units for social tenure.
