Miriam Reid

Biography

Miriam joined Arch International in 2025 as Head of Business Solutions, bringing over 20 years of global insurance experience across underwriting, operations, transformation and strategic leadership. She is responsible for driving strategic execution and operational excellence across Arch’s specialty lines.

Previously, she was Head of Business Management and Chief of Staff for Beazley’s Cyber Risks division, leading global operations, governance and the Cyber Transformation Programme. She began her career at AIG, holding senior roles across the UK, EMEA and Central & Eastern Europe, delivering transformation and growth initiatives.

An Executive MBA graduate and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, Miriam is also a recognised DEI advocate, mentor, and Lloyd’s Lab advisor, supporting the development of emerging insurtechs.
