Marcus Zentner

Biography

Marcus has worked in the property industry for over 25 years. During this period, he has developed and maintained strong and trustworthy associations alongside public limited companies, private development companies and family offices.

Long-term business relationships exist with many companies including The Allan Group (Value £100m), Avon Group of Companies (Value £750m), Regis plc, Safeland plc, Cavendish and Gloucester plc. On behalf of clients, he has acquired assets in excess of £250m including portfolios and entire estates of residential property, protected tenancies, speculative land transactions, freehold ground rents and commercial investment and developments.

He is currently a director of Northbrooke (a subsidiary company of the Avon Group of Companies) and has over 5,000 assets under ownership and management.
