Andrew Sivess

Biography

Andrew has over 30 years of experience in housing, regeneration and investment, delivering General Fund housing initiatives outside of the HRA at Barking & Dagenham and establishing their General Fund investment strategy and Schools PFI programme.

He originated funding from the European Investment Bank, Green Investment Bank, private equity and institutional investment to support housing, energy, school and commercial investment.

Andrew was latterly Head of Housing Transactions at the GLA for non-grant housing delivery.
